In addition to our regular articles which includes a recipe with Chef Ryan and a wine pairing with Nathan the Sommelier, we will be sharing a rendering done for an ‘Inspired Space.’ Today, I am here to share with you a sneak peek into what to expect from this month’s newsletter feature!

Because the 4th of July fell in the middle of the week this year, many of us were unable to take a true vacation. That is why I decided to pull inspiration for this space from Austin’s very own Lake Travis. There are individuals lucky enough to call this their home – but for the rest of us, it is a ‘mini’ vacation get-away! While drawing ideas from this photo, I thought back to the basic principles of design – line, color, shape, form, space, and texture. Using the products available through Robin Bond Interiors, I was able to put together a space which very much reflects the elements and aesthetics that compliment our inspiration – Lake Travis.
