If you have worked with a designer in the past then you are most likely familiar with budgeting. If you have not worked with a designer, however, it is quite common to have no idea what to expect when it comes to budgeting for furnishings. In the past you may have never tracked what you actually spent for certain pieces, or perhaps you furnished your home a little at a time and so you have nothing with which to compare it. Most room designs consist of paint, flooring or trim changes (if needed), rugs, case goods (wood storage pieces), upholstered goods, lighting, window coverings, art and accessories. It adds up fast, and so rather than asking you to estimate an overall budget we prefer to have you guide us on your comfort level for each specific type of item. We will then provide you a finished look with products in the price ranges in which you are comfortable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In addition to guiding us concerning a per item range, please guide us further by checking any that apply below: *
We have found that what is important to one client may not necessarily be important to another. Some of our clients want the highest quality for everything - what we would call the "one and done approach". If this sounds like you, please note this by checking off high-end for all of the categories. One client may want to spend more on a rug and yet not as much on a lamp. Other times, our clients may wish to have higher end furnishings in rooms that get the most use and then more mid-range products in lower use rooms such as guest rooms. Children's spaces often times go through several re-designs as our kids go from child, to tween, and then to a teenager. As such, you might opt for more moderately priced items in your children's spaces.
